Christina Bartlett is a Realtor and Property Manager with Valley Homes Realty & Property Management who has called North Alabama home for more than seven years. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Christina quickly fell in love with the warmth, community, and natural beauty of the Huntsville area. She often jokes that while she may not have been born in the South, her soul certainly was.
Christina brings an energy to real estate that is both refreshing and professional. She is naturally positive, approachable, and encouraging, but she also takes her responsibilities to her clients seriously. She believes trust is something that must be earned through communication, follow-through, attention to detail, and a willingness to do the work necessary to get the job done well.
Her experience includes residential sales, investment property, leasing, and property management. Christina works with buyers, sellers, investors, rental property owners, and relocating clients, helping them navigate decisions with a clear understanding of both the immediate transaction and their longer-term goals.
She has a particular interest in investment real estate and enjoys helping clients look beyond the surface of a property. Rental demand, location, condition, expected expenses, maintenance needs, tenant appeal, and long-term potential are all part of the conversation when evaluating whether an investment truly makes sense.
As a Property Manager with Valley Homes, Christina also has hands-on experience with what happens after a rental property is purchased. She works directly with property owners, residents, vendors, maintenance issues, leasing, property condition, and the ongoing decisions involved in operating rental real estate successfully.
That experience gives her a perspective that extends beyond the closing table. Christina understands that the details matter, whether she is reviewing a property, communicating with a client, coordinating a repair, preparing a home for market, or helping an investor evaluate their next opportunity.
Christina is not afraid of hard work, and she does not take a client’s trust for granted. She approaches each relationship with the belief that professionalism is demonstrated through actions: answering the call, following through on commitments, catching the small details, solving problems, and being honest when a client needs straightforward guidance.
Her ability to remain positive and solution-focused is one of her greatest strengths. Real estate can be complicated and stressful, but Christina brings a calm, upbeat presence to the process without losing sight of the decisions that need to be made.
Outside of real estate, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She loves being outdoors, including hiking, biking, and kayaking, and enjoys a little country life at home with her chickens.
Christina is grateful to have built her career in a community she genuinely loves. Whether she is helping someone purchase a home, sell a property, evaluate an investment, or manage a rental, her goal is simple: work hard, communicate clearly, pay attention to the details, and earn the confidence her clients place in her.
