I had 3 property management company being used for my properties. They are the best ones. They are always on top of things and they have a very good system in place. They respond right away which is the thing i like best. Would definitely recommend them.

For anyone moving to the area, or looking to invest from a distance I highly recommend Anthony Carbone and Valley Homes Reality and Property Management Team. Anthony recently helped us with our second single family home purchase which would have been extremely difficult since we live 12 hours away. He gave us expert advice to help identify future areas of growth that only a local professional agent with an extensive property management background could provide. He expertly negotiated on our behalf to get the purchase price down while handling every contingency that came along the way. Once we got under contract he helped handle the inspection, repair requests, identifying key areas that needed to be addressed before coming online as a rental property, and aligned local professionals to get this work done quickly. After closing he ensured there was a smooth hand-off to the Property Management Team and personally addressed issues that we did not foresee like items discarded in the house or things that failed to operate properly. I could rant and rave about how awesome Kristian and the Property Management is as well, but I feel like I might run out of space. To sum everything up, we have utilized a few realtors and property management teams in the past, none of them compare to the level of service, professionalism, and knowledge that Anthony and Valley Homes Team possess.

Didn't know who to go with, did some research and their website had a the most professional look. That proved to be true for the company and team as well - they were able to get my property cleaned, painted, and minor repairs done and on the market in about 30 days. Spent 2 weeks on the market and rented. Very happy with the portals they use and the communication is stellar. Also - they don't recommend painters, repairs, etc. for place that are astronomical like some friends I have that use other management agencies. 10/10 Would recommend. Kristian and Bethany helped me through the process and are consummate professionals.

I had an HVAC pvc pipe burst and ceiling fell in my child’s bedroom late afternoon on a Friday. I reached out to Kristian Sexton and she was able to help me tremendously as the office was closed over the weekend. She was very responsive and coordinated everything from getting all the different crews to my house to getting all of the approvals in a timely manner to where I didn’t have to wait until Monday to get my issue resolved. Overall customer service this weekend on Kristian’s behalf and I thoroughly appreciate her service. Thank you!

Horrible company to rent from. Pay your rent then you get eviction notices and stating you owe rent. When you go back at them it turns out they only gave you partial payment credit. Understand if it happened just one month but it went on for 8 months and had to seen a letter from an attorney to get it corrected. Felt like I was dealing with the Italian Mafia with the threats and demands. Then when we went month to month had a contract price but they charged a thousand more a month when the contract states only an extra hundred dollars a month. Contacted an attorney and they said pay it because they would charge me more to fight it than what the cost was. We paid a cleaning service to clean the home and then they charged us $450 for the home to be cleaned even after we presented the cleaning service bill. The home was trashed when we moved in. We patched all nail holes and even had matching paint for the walls. Terrible company. I would never recommend them.

I was a seller's agent on a deal with Arelis. When she heard there was a potential other offer on the home her clients wanted she acted quick and professionally. They were on site to tour before the sun set. She translated every question her clients had and brought a wealth of her own knowledge. Only because of her quick response and professionalism did her clients get that house. She beat the other offer by just a couple of hours.
