Kristian Sexton has called the Huntsville area home for more than 15 years and has spent nearly a decade helping clients navigate real estate throughout North Alabama. Her experience spans residential sales, investment property, leasing, and property management, giving her a practical understanding of real estate from both the client and operational sides of the business.

Over the years, Kristian has developed a particular strength in working with real estate investors. She has helped clients identify rental opportunities, evaluate neighborhoods and market conditions, and purchase investment properties throughout the Huntsville area, including assisting investors who are purchasing remotely from across the country and abroad.

Her approach is rooted in looking beyond the surface of a property. Kristian understands that a successful investment is about more than finding a house that looks good on paper. Rental demand, location, property condition, operating costs, long-term maintenance, tenant appeal, and future marketability all play a role in determining whether a property makes sense.

While investment real estate is one of Kristian’s specialties, her experience extends well beyond investors. She has worked with first-time homebuyers, relocation clients, and experienced purchasers, bringing the same thoughtful and organized approach to each transaction.

In addition to her work as a REALTOR®, Kristian serves as the Director of Property Management at Valley Homes Realty & Property Management. In that role, she leads the company’s property management division and helps oversee the systems, processes, team members, and day-to-day operations involved in managing a growing portfolio of rental homes.

Her experience in property management gives Kristian a perspective that many traditional sales agents do not have. She understands what happens after an investment property closes, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, turnover, property condition, owner communication, and the ongoing decisions required to protect and operate a rental property successfully.

Kristian is also highly focused on organization, process improvement, and creating systems that make the experience better for both property owners and residents. Her leadership has helped shape how Valley Homes approaches property management operations, accountability, and service.
