Born in Germany and raised in a military family, Charmaine understands firsthand what it is like to relocate, adjust to a new community, and make important housing decisions in an unfamiliar place. That experience has shaped the way she works with clients today, particularly those navigating a move, relocation, or major life transition.

Charmaine’s path into real estate was not a traditional one, and that has become one of her strengths. Her professional experience, combined with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Human Services, gives her a well-rounded perspective on both the practical and personal sides of real estate.

As both a real estate agent and property manager, Charmaine works with buyers, sellers, rental property owners, and residents. Her experience in property management gives her an added understanding of property condition, maintenance, leasing, resident needs, and the day-to-day realities of owning and managing real estate.

She approaches each client relationship with patience, organization, and a focus on clear communication. Rather than treating every transaction the same, Charmaine takes the time to understand what matters most to the client, what challenges may be involved, and what information they need to make a confident decision.

As a wife and mother of four, Charmaine also understands that real estate decisions are rarely just about the property itself. Location, lifestyle, schools, commute, space, budget, and long-term plans can all play a role in determining whether a home is truly the right fit.
