Anthony Carbone's Profile

Anthony “Tony” Carbone has been helping clients buy, sell, invest, and navigate real estate since 2015. As the Qualifying Broker and Co-Owner of Valley Homes Realty & Property Management, Anthony brings more than a decade of hands-on experience across nearly every side of the real estate business.

Throughout his career, Anthony has represented first-time homebuyers, relocation clients, investors, sellers, clients buying and selling at the same time, and buyers purchasing homes entirely from out of state. His experience also extends well beyond traditional sales. He has worked as a buyer’s agent, listing agent, property manager, and landlord of his own investment property, giving him a broader perspective on how real estate decisions affect both the present transaction and the long-term value of an asset.

That range of experience is a major part of how Anthony approaches his work.

He does not view a Realtor’s job as simply matching people with homes. For most clients, real estate represents one of the largest financial investments they will ever make. He believes his role is to help clients understand what they are buying or selling, identify risk, recognize opportunity, evaluate the numbers, and make decisions that support their larger goals.

Anthony is known for approaching transactions with a practical, analytical mindset and for finding creative solutions when a deal does not fit neatly into a standard process. Whether that means navigating repairs, coordinating a renovation, managing a complicated move, purchasing remotely, evaluating an investment property, or structuring a transaction around multiple moving pieces, and is comfortable working through complexity.

Before entering real estate, Anthony worked in retail and visual merchandising. That experience continues to influence how he approaches home presentation, staging, buyer perception, and preparing a property for market. He has helped clients make renovation and improvement decisions with an eye toward both functionality and resale value, helping them understand where an investment may make a meaningful difference and where it may not.

Anthony also believes one of the most important parts of his job is helping clients separate emotion from decision-making.

Buying or selling a home can be stressful, exciting, and highly personal. Anthony builds strong relationships with his clients, but he is also willing to be the person who asks the difficult question, points out a concern, or recommends slowing down when something does not make sense. His goal is never simply to get a transaction to closing. It is to make sure his clients are making informed decisions they will continue to feel confident about long after closing day.

Over the years, Anthony’s business has grown largely through repeat clients and referrals. He sees that as one of the strongest measures of success in real estate. When past clients return or trust him enough to send a friend or family member his way, it reflects the kind of business he has worked to build from the beginning.

Anthony is also selective about the relationships he takes on. He believes the client-agent relationship should be a good fit on both sides. He does not rely on pressure, gimmicks, or flashy marketing to convince someone to work with him. He prefers to work with clients who value experience, communication, honesty, strategy, and having someone in their corner who is willing to think differently when the situation calls for it.

For Anthony, real estate has never been about looking the part. It is about doing the work, understanding the business, solving problems, protecting clients, and continuously raising the standard of service.

More than a decade into his career, that remains the foundation of how he approaches every client and every transaction.
